CONDITIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
a. If the customer wants to return the product, the product should be in the new condition and damages/worn out product will not be accepted under the easy returns and exchange policy.
b. We offer 2 time free return shipping (within india) within the easy return and exchange policy.For the subsequent returns and exchanges the charges of the return shipping will be born by the customers.
c. For the exchange of the product the condition of the product should be appropriate. It should be original product with the certificate , original invoice and bills.In case if the customer cannot produce the bill or the certificate ,we will send the product for lab for recertification of the product before processing the easy return or the exchange policy.The shipping cost and the product recertification /certification cost will be borne by the customer

d. The customer should make a video of the product once the product is received.This is for the proof to customer as well as the owner of the enterprise, so if the customer wants to change or return the product the customer has to mandatorily send the video of unpacking the product to discard unnecessary conflict.
e. In case the customer wants to return the product back to the enterprise the customer has to confirm its return of the product within 3 days after the parcel is received to the customer.The money will be return after the product verification by the enterprise.The money will be returned by the enterprise within 30-days after the enterprise receives the product by the respective payment mode used by the customers.
